WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS

South Dakota has one of the highest uninsured rates in the region and with fewer on-site Navigators this year, the support you provide is more important than ever. Every referral you make helps someone:

  • Gain access to preventive and primary care services;

  • Avoid high medical bills; and,

  • Stay connected to care throughout the year.

Your connection, trust, and relationships with patients and clients can be the difference between someone staying uninsured or getting the coverage they deserve.
