As we move into spring, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for the important role you play in helping South Dakotans access the care they need. Strong communities are built through connection, and our Navigator Program is here to make health insurance feel less confusing and more accessible for the people we serve.

There are still individuals and families across our state who may be uninsured, unsure of their options, or going through life changes that could qualify them for coverage through a Special Enrollment Period. Job changes, moving, getting married, having a baby, or changes in income can all open the door to coverage—and many people simply don’t realize help is available.

That’s where we can work together. Our team is here not only for consumers, but also as a resource for the partners and organizations supporting them every day. Whether it’s a presentation for your staff, an outreach event, educational materials, or help navigating barriers to enrollment, we want to meet people where they are and make sure they know where to turn.

I’d love to connect about how we can support your work. Together, we can make sure more South Dakotans have access to the coverage, care, and peace of mind they deserve.
